ABC Warehouse will definitely take care of you. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, customer service was 100% pleasing. A good salesman will know their product and will know what will fit their customer when taking the time to listen and ask questions. This is the experience I received when going in to ABC Warehouse and having the opportunity to work with James B, salesman. Not only was I provided with the information I needed to make my decision, but was given an upgrade to my choice because it was out of stock. Now that’s a win win for me. I am very pleased overall.

WOW WOW WOW!! I was expecting nothing in the end but got so much more than I imagined. Thankfully I met a very nice understanding salesman named Tim. He listened to me and actually cared about my complaint which was legit but too long to go into. We have always came to ABC because they are amazing to deal with but this was a warranty issue but Tim went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate what you did for me! Christmas cookies are coming your way not a lump of coal. Lol

Excellent experience!! I switched to ABC Warehouse due to issues with a purchase I'd made with home depot. Best decision I could of made. The manager Tim didn't just match the price, he beat it. I'll definitely be a returning customer

Our fridge went out and Paul helped us get a new one delivered to our house and the old one taken away. He was very helpful and kind. The delivery service this location uses however is a different story. They showed up 3 hours after they called and said they would be there within the hour, with an attitude. No one was tipping them for doing their job and they complained about that when we asked how their day has been. Then they tracked in dirt and complained about having to bring the fridge inside. The made us move the fridge outside even though we were told they were moving it. They also left the pile of trash from the new fridge in my flower beds upfront. Needless to say we did not tip either. 5 stars for Paul at ABC warehouse, 0 stars for the rude delivery people.

Sales people were all really nice helped me with what I needed. I purchased my Washer and Dryer with no problem. Had a good experience.

Paul was very helpful, professional, and made buying a new washer quick and convenient. I knew exactly what model I wanted, and I appreciated that he was willing to answer questions over the phone and wasn’t pushy or trying to show me a bunch of other products when I went in to purchase the washer. Furthermore, Paul did a good job of setting expectations of what to expect on delivery day, and the delivery drivers showed up on time and were very efficient with installation.

John was a life saver and wallet saver. Ive already recommended abc warehouse and him to multiple family members. I need new speakers and everywhere else wanted $300-$400 dollars from me. He kept it under $200. They also let me and my sister use the massage chairs while we waited. Very friendly and straightforward.

To ABC Warehouse, I was a customer on Sunday, March 23rd. My microwave had gone out, and my fiancée’s dad recommended I check out your store—and specifically to ask for Matt Check. Unfortunately, Matt wasn’t working that day, which I understood since it was a Sunday. One of his associates (I didn’t catch his name) helped me instead, and I was really impressed. He gave me a discount on all three Frigidaire appliances I purchased: a microwave, stove, and dishwasher. He was confident, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. I felt great about my purchases. There was a small issue with the microwave not being delivered with the rest of the appliances, but when I called him, he took care of it immediately—no questions asked. He even helped my fiancée load it into her car. He went above and beyond. If you can figure out who this employee was, please recognize him. He truly deserves a raise or even just a well-earned day off. Thank you, – Aaron

They had me sold in a hurry. I think I got a good deal. Real nice staff. Not pushy at all. They delivered item a few days latter. All hooked up and working fine. My was the gas version of this electric one. Two thumbs up!!!!
